Construction Laborer

Join our team as a construction laborer; no experience is necessary! If you enjoy working outdoors, can
lift 50 lbs., and work well as a team member, this job is for you. As a construction laborer, you will be
trained to assist with hardscapes, plumbing, backfilling, grading, debris removal, and other miscellaneous
tasks.

We will train you to work with hand tools and light construction equipment in the renovation and
construction of pools.

Responsibilities

 

• Assist the construction leader
• Communicate professionally with coworkers
• Mix materials manually or using machines according to the required standard formulas
• Prepare surfaces for the installation of tile at worksites
• Transport and maintain machines and tools to ensure proper use and safety adherence

 

Qualifications

 

• Physical ability to perform all required job tasks
• Lift/Carry up to 50lbs
• Push and Pull up to 50lbs
• Ability to take and follow instructions from the construction manager

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

• Monday to Friday
• Saturday availability
• 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, later when required
• Willingness to travel to Zebulon, NC

 

Pay is determined by experience level.
